So what ideas do you have for solutions?
I ask from two perspectives: First, the realistic understanding that Israel isn't going away unless it truly can no longer survive as a state.
And second, how is what Israel did different from our own actions here in the US? Or Europe's actions all over the world for 2000+ years? Or Arab invasions/domination of other geographic regions? Etc. At what point is the historical dividing line between evil done and present status quo? Does that make sense? If native Americans wanted their land and resources back, would you give it? (This question isn't from a "well, we're not any different so get off Israel's back" but from "how do we find integrity in all this...if at all?")
